ORDERING

All orders  MUST be phoned in by 5:00 PM the day prior to the event. The order process is quick, and orders can be placed a day, week, month or year in advance. Our sales staff will assist you in choosing a menu for each order.  We will do our best to accommodate same-day orders, but we may be limited by the number of drivers that were scheduled the previous evening.

Orders can be E-Mailed 24 Hours in advance to fancyfoodcaterer@aol.com and need an emailed return confirmation

We Accept AMERICAN EXPRESS, VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, CASH OR CHECK. We will keep your credit card number on file for your convenience. Your card will be charged the morning of the event and you will receive a credit card receipt and an itemized invoice with each order. This will help expedite the expense report process.

Our normal delivery hours are between 6:00 AM and 4:00 PM Monday through Friday. We will do our best to remain flexible and are willing to deliver outside of our normal hours to assist our regular customers.  Please give as much advance notice as possible for special delivery needs.
